No obligation. Just a conversation.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, grief or a life that no longer feels like your own, you don’t have to work it out alone.
At Discover Counselling, I offer a warm, confidential space where you can slow down, talk openly, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.
How Counselling Can Help
Counselling provides an opportunity to pause and reflect, away from the pressures of everyday life. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings in ways that help you develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns in your experiences, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
About Me
I’m Emma, an accredited counsellor offering face-to-face sessions in Warwickshire and online sessions to clients worldwide. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, support and a non-judgemental approach to every session.
Areas of focus and experience include grief, stress, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and adjustment to change / life transitions. A full list can be found on my services page.
Expat Counselling
Living abroad can be an enriching experience, but it can also feel more complex than expected.
I offer counselling for expats and individuals navigating life across cultures, including the emotional challenges of relocation, identity, and belonging.
You may find yourself feeling unsettled, lonely,, disconnected, or unsure where “home” is anymore. These experiences are more common than they might seem. Having space to explore them can make a meaningful difference. [Read more about expat counselling]
